Champagne & Traditional Method

Besides the classical brands, there are independent growers, focusing on “champagnes de terroir”, who produce highly original and very characteristic wines.
 
The blanc de blancs “Cramant”, Champagne made from Chardonnay grapes is a 100% classified Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs. This is an area of approximately 10 hectares.
 
Bouzy, a village in the Montagne de Reims area, classified 100% Grand Cru, is the stronghold of Champagne Jean Vesselle. Here, Delphine Vesselle elaborates champagnes made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, dedicated to champagne-lovers in search of the unusual and the rare, far from the classical brands. It is a small estate of 15 ha.
